Madeline E. Hamill, PhD
Maddie Hamill is a Managing Director of Market Evaluer, LLC. Prior to Market Evaluer, she was a vice president of The Coca-Cola Company responsible for creating and implementing the global strategy in 188 countries. In addition, Maddie served on the five-person leadership team that guided global marketing programs for The Coca-Cola Company. Her reputation as a strategic visionary who can identify opportunities and create executable action plans that deliver measurable results has led to a successful consulting practice with Fortune 500 companies and the founding of Market Evaluer. Maddie is on the board of World Air Holdings, Inc., and has been featured in Fortune Magazine, BBC radio as well as Good Morning America.

Louise M. Cretton
Louise Cretton is a Managing Director of Market Evaluer, LLC with extensive experience in international quantitative and qualitative research, brand engineering, strategic development and planning. Louise has a passion for brands and how they relate to consumers and has applied that passion in work for NOP, Unilever, Warner Lambert, Coca-Cola and Kellogg's. She was a Board Director with European responsibilities for McCann Erickson and launched the I Can't Believe It's Not Butter brand for Unilever while at McCann. Louise is based in London and is a member of the board of Leapfrog Research and Pittards PLC and is a research industry spokesperson sitting on the conference committees of both the Market Research Society and ESOMAR.

  Terry Hildebrand, PhD, MBA
Terry Hildebrand is a founding member of Market Evaluer, LLC. Terry was a senior leader Coca-Cola Company responsible for long-term planning for key markets which included negotiating alignment of purpose, vision, values, strategies, initiatives and capabilities. Terry earned an MBA and has a PhD in Organizational Behavior which has served her well in her distinguished consulting career. Her breakthrough work in determining why US and Canadian companies were not successful in each other's markets brought her to the attention of organizations including The Coca-Cola Company, General Electric, BP, The Bank of Montreal, Triad Management Consultants, and Innovation Associates. Terry is a Chartered Accountant in Canada and has the unique ability to tie behavior, strategy and financial results together.

Mark A. Kaiser
Mark Kaiser is a Managing Director of Market Evaluer, LLC. As chairman and CEO, Mark has directed high-growth organizations in the logistics, telecommunications, and healthcare industries ranging in size from $40 million to over $1 billion, including nine years as CEO of a leading healthcare database and information company. He has been involved in the acquisition of nearly 100 companies and implemented distribution or license partnerships with Fortune 500 technology corporations. Mark has led public and private financing including venture, mezzanine, IPO and secondary public offerings as a CEO. He has twice won the Forbes magazine Fast Tech 50 award which recognizes the fastest growing companies in the U.S. Mark has served as a director of a number of public and private corporations and has been featured in the Financial Times, the Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, and Inc. magazine.
